Welcome to UntilZero. By using UntilZero or making a contribution, you agree to these Terms.
UntilZero is an online platform built around a public countdown and leaderboard.
A successful contribution adds time to the countdown and may place the contributor on the public leaderboard according to the applicable ranking rules displayed on the website.
UntilZero does not guarantee traffic, sales, customers, publicity, business results, or any particular outcome from appearing on the leaderboard.
You must provide accurate information when submitting a contribution.
For businesses, you confirm that you are authorized to submit the website and information you provide.
For individuals, you confirm that the information you submit is yours or that you have permission to submit it.
Once a payment has been successfully completed and accepted by UntilZero, the corresponding contribution may be added to the countdown and leaderboard.
Information submitted for the leaderboard may be publicly displayed, including:

You may not use UntilZero to promote or link to content that is illegal, fraudulent, malicious, deceptive, infringing, or harmful.
We may remove or restrict a listing that violates these Terms or creates a security, legal, or reputational risk.
Payments are processed through our payment provider.
The amount shown before payment is the amount you authorize.
If a payment fails, is reversed, duplicated, or is determined to be fraudulent, UntilZero may cancel or reverse the associated contribution.
Contributions are non-refundable; see our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.
We try to keep UntilZero available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The countdown, leaderboard, payment processing, or other features may occasionally be unavailable or temporarily interrupted.
We may modify features, ranking rules, design, or other parts of UntilZero when necessary.
The Terms applicable to a completed payment will generally remain applicable to that transaction, except where changes are required by law or necessary for security or fraud prevention.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss.
However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate UntilZero, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with applicable requirements, or protect our rights.
You may contact us if you want to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate reasons for retaining certain records.

UntilZero contributions are voluntary payments that immediately add time to a public countdown and create a public leaderboard entry. Because the time and the listing are granted the moment the payment is confirmed, contributions are non-refundable.
If a payment fails or is cancelled, you are not charged and no contribution is created. No refund is needed.
If you were charged more than once for the same contribution, or an incorrect amount was charged, contact us and we will arrange a reversal of the extra charge through our payment provider.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, or found to be fraudulent, the associated contribution and leaderboard entry may be removed and the added time deducted from the countdown.
